Had an amazing experience at Idalia. I really appreciate the concept of the constantly changing menu to keep ingredients fresh and innovative. The Sourdough Bucatini and Roasted Chicken were chef’s kiss. The Speck & Melon was good but the flavors of the Speck didn’t mesh together so well with the fruit. The Panna Cotta, which was mixed with Chai, was a light and refreshing way to end the meal. Plus the serving sizes were actually a lot bigger than expected. Will defo be back for more
