How this place gets a 4.1 is amazing to me. I’ve never seen such slow service!! It was hot and took a long time for our drinks. After an hour and a half… my wife’s kare kare finally came… but no rice. I asked don’t you have rice made already? When she finally returned she had my salad… still no rice… then finally brought the rice and then told me the my food was not available!! I was like… didn’t you know that and hour and a half ago?? At this point I don’t have time to wait another hour for my lunch! My wife says it’s usually better service than this and they have been around a long tim…
