very bad customer service. we dined last night (just a quick bite) and it wasn't our first time to eat there but last night was very unfortunate. we ordered spareribs and chicken and we discovered that the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. there was blood and it's fresh and dripping! you will surely lost your appetite. we called the attention of one of the service crews and they took my plate and cooked the chicken again. I tried to eat thinking that they cooked it good this time but unfortunately there was still blood. I said to myself that I'll let it pass but they did not even apologize! …
