Food is nice since it's now Jollibee but the Service? Poor. The atmosphere is worse. The floor was very dirty, so many Staff pretending to do anything, very noisy! Unlike other Jollibee branches where they concentrate and almost always talk about orders and customer service. If your Managers can't even crack a smile or even greet customers as they come in then how are your other staff supposed to emulate them?
