Smooth Booking Process Booking the hotel was a breeze. I used Klook to reserve a room for 3 days and 2 nights, paid online with my card, and the reservation was confirmed without any issues. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM, and luckily, we were allowed to check in an hour early. Room and Cleanliness Upon entering our room, it was clean and well-presented. During our stay at Richmonde Hotel in Eastwood City, I found it to be an incredibly comfortable and convenient option. The room was cozy and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the area. What really stood out to me was the hotel's prime location, with numerous malls and dining options just steps away. I stayed there for 22 days last May, it's a very good and comfordable hotel, located in the best location in Manilla. Very polite and helpful service. During my stay they faced an issue with they laundry but they managed to bring my clothes anyway without delay and without increasing the price.

Eastwood Richmonde Hotel is an excellent place to stay, very clean, great value for money , friendly staff and Eastwood mall is just beside the hotel and easily accessible through the second floor where you can roam around as they got large varieties of shops and restaurants. My wife and I stayed overnight. The room was nice and the staff were efficient and pleasant. It's a nice hotel. So, why only three stars? 1. The breakfast buffet fell well below expectation. Food and beverages were not restocked quickly as they ran out and the staff were inattentive. I expected better from a hotel of this overall standard. It was disappointing. 2. If I could give zero stars for parking, they'd get it. Guests use the Eastwood shopping centre carpark and the ticket is validated upon checkout. That'd be fine if it were true.
