It's a late post. We checked-in in this hotel last year. I had a chance to experience staying in 5 - 3 star hotels several times. This hotel.may not be as grand as other hotels, but it gave us the best and comfortable sleep than any other hotels. The mattress and the pillows made us all sleep so soundly. My daughter and friend shared the same experience. Want to know the brand of matress and pillow we had slept on. 🥰

I was here for business and noticed that the design of the hotel classic. The service is great, guards, FO, and other staff are helpful and polite. There is a certain smell in the lobby that I do not understand. I smells like sewage. The room is a bit old, felt like there is horror things happening also in the lobby. Location is great very accessible to my meeting place. Food and breakfast is ok. Limited breakfast options and it’s the same almost everyday.

Place is old already and def needs some changes. It’s not the same as the photos. And rating the room to their prices are not worth it at all. Not great value Water pressure on the sink and shower is good but it spritz all over. Every time we came into the lobby. It smells like mold. Although staff are pretty nice and always greets us and their breakfast are pretty good. Location wise. There’s 7eleven around the corner and Jollibee on the other side but I guess that was it.

I was looking before for a hotel in Ortigas wherein it is accessible to all the places I wanted to go to. And there I saw this Richmonde Ortigas. I booked it via Klook for my July 1- July 4 staycation. I decided to go there becauase of it's reasonable price. Theses are the some the things I experienced and encounter during my stay there: - key card is not easy to use wspecially when using the lift. The card is difficult to read by the scanner. It is not the tap method like other hotels do. - Lights in the room are dim, specially on the living area. And there is a controller for all the light…

DOH CHD4B often conducts seminars at this venue, but this is the first time I chose to stay here because of the storm. It's midnight, but I decided to check out as my room is infested by cockroaches 🪳 🪳 🪳 . Earlier in the morning, I had already complained to the hotel management about the situation, and they were good enough to send housekeeping to address the issue ( i was not given the option to transfer to another room).
