There's really something special about old establishments like this pub here in Balibago. Its not so good-looking or modern like the other pubs out there, but the ambience feels so chill that I didn't feel awkward at all given that its my first time there. The place was recommended by a friend, and we're lucky bc we got here on a Monday so we got the inside pub all to ourselves. Robs Gastropub is a one of its kind pub. A typical old English type pub. The drink prices are bit steep compared to othe pub's and bars. Mostly the action is over the weekend where they charge 300 entrance with drinks also a good place to hang out with locals on weekend. Weekdays are mostly quite just the way I like it. They have a good food menu. All in all this pub is good place to hangout and enjoy some games and have a chilled beer. Service is good Rene the bartender was very friendly chap.

Everything seemed fine when I walked in, casual place, pretty empty, decent environment. I sat at the bar, and as soon as my food came, about a dozen roaches of varying sizes came for my plates. They were even hanging out inside the napkin dispenser which was gross. I'd say if you're going to go here, stick to drinks only maybe and don't sit at the bar.

Love this place, my only concern is the smell. It smells like mold in the place. One time, the bar smells like rotten chicken meat. Also the washroom it seems no one cleans it. And the handsoap aka water smells so bad. The soap is basically water. And they didnt have alcohol. I saw a couple people that walks in but leaves cause d music is too loud. It used to be a place u can go to and watch sports , talk to people without screaming, but wow the music just hurts your ears.
