We dined last Nov. 16, 2024 and was seated immediately. Service is fast; the servers are attentive. Food was served quick. One thing is that exhaust could be improved; the room is full of smoke.

Their cutoff is 7:30pm and there was no announcement or anything. They'll just say it like it was just their usual thing to say. They are rude as well when informing their customer their cutoff.

Had a bad experience in the restaurant. We feel discriminated by the staff who assisted us. We choose to dine to take dinner in there since we used to eating in other romantic baboy branches. We expected to have a good meal but what we received is discrimination. Their staff should know how to speak in polite way and don't judge the persons by what they wear and how they look. Calling out the owner of the restaurant to have your staff get a good customer service handling training please. Will never come in there again for a very poor customer service.

We went for walk in customer the whole restaurant has been reserve. Such disappointment for the Management they cant separate the place or table for walk in and reserved customers.

This is the worst Romantic Baboy branch we’ve tried so far. Tables were not properly cleaned. They are serving burnt rice. There are lot of flies. Poor ventilation. Servers are just sitting in one area and busy with their phones. You have to raise your hand so high or call them with high voice to get noticed. We will never go back to this branch ever again.
