It was a Sunday night when we decided to eat here for dinner. We just walked in and thankfully, there was a private room available. It was huge and quiet. We had our own waiter attending to us. Service was perfect. Food was freshly cooked but served quickly. Servings are good for sharing. Too bad there were no cocktails available that time. Menu/food options are all Filipino food. They have lots of options from appetizers to main courses. Location was easy to find. Parking spaces are available and the place was quiet though a little dark from the outside.

Cafe Romulo offers a mixed dining experience for me. While the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is initially quick, the overall quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Many dishes are quite bland and could use more seasoning. For food recommendation, get the the Pinoy Nachos and Crispy Canton. Despite the fast service at the beginning, towards the end of our meal, the waitstaff were not attentive, and I had to stand and seek them out personally. We celebrated my Mom's 60th birthday at their events room and it was perfect. We had over 80 guests yet the occasion felt intimate. The food was amazing, as always, and their staff were very attentive and prompt. I only have good things to say about Romulo.

Went on a Thursday and the place was packed. Ordered pansit puti , very flavorful; beef ribs whi h was tender, lechon kawali was crispy. Servings are good for 3 to 4 people.
