nice place to chill affordable/reasonable price lugar na babalikan para uminom at mag pakabusog. plenty of meal and appetizer. with acoustic band with a good choice of acoustic music, polite staff. one thing i've noticed not really a big deal some of the back rest of the chairs is broken. but still its a 5/5 rating for this place.

Though we need to wait in line (weekends are crowded but everyone observed group distancing), parang hindi din kami nagwait kasi ang bilis lg. We ordered while waiting. Prices for menu is reasonable. RTC chocolate and Sans Rival are must have. Live band was really entertaining, its Sueno when we came. To sum up, its a chill moment to its finest.

Rooftop Chill has a lot of opportunities for improvement. The place isn’t very accessible, especially for PWDs and elderly guests, kasi kailangan mong umakyat ng 4 or 5 floors (di ko na nabilang) to get there. I know it’s a rooftop setup, but it would be better if the elevator was working, lalo na kung may kasama kang matanda, like my tita, who just wanted to relax. The food is okay—nothing special—but the coffee isn’t good at all. Service is okay, as the staff is very attentive. 1 star for SPAGHETTI MEATBALLS:⭐ ✅Garlic bread is so-so. ❌ PRICEY for the horrible taste but well-plated. ❌ If they are trying to recreate an Italian pasta, this is a FAIL. ❌pasta sauce is SUPER SOUR like a pasta with a cup of vinegar poured over, like literally.
