We took a risk with dining here since it is relatively new. Safe to say that we were delighted! The tawilis was crispy and fried to perfection. On the other hand, the kaldereta was tender, creamy, and rich. The sisig, however, was kind of a let-down. It had too much oil, as you can see in the picture. The ambience was clean and inviting, perfect for family gatherings. It also has a clear view of Taal Lake, which was stunning. Verdict: babalik! But I want to try other Tagaytay restos first, for comparison 😆

This is a must-try Filipino restaurant in Tagaytay. From the view to its food, you won’t regret choosing this place from a wide array of choices. The main highlight of our meal is the Beef Caldereta, specifically its meat tenderness and flavors. But I was a bit discouraged to finish the sisig because of its oiliness (which was rare as a Sisig enjoyer). That little kaldero is cute tho 😆 Excited to come back & try their other dishes tbh
