Had a positive experience dining in Saboten Serendra! I ordered their Miso Katsu Set and it was very filling! The whole place is clean and organized, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. Will definitely be back to try their other selections!
📍Saboten, Serendra ₱600 Rolled Tenderloin Set C ₱175 Vanilla & Green Tea Ice Cream Good food, good service. Price was just right too. I like their cheese katsu. Complimentary hot tea given. /travelspeedx
Saboten is still one of best tonkatsu places I’ve tried. It has been awhile since Ive eaten here since I haven’t visited this part of BGC that often. Their pork cutlet is tender and tasty even without the sauce. Their cabbage is fresh and crunchy. The miso soup, while standard still hits the spot! The interior of the store just gets getting better as time goes by. It’s starting to feel like an authentic Japanese resto inspite of the modern fixtures and lighting. Kudos to the crew for giving excellent service and attention. When in BGC…book it!
Was here on a Saturday lunch and there were a few diners which made the atmosphere nice. It’s probably packed on weekdays. Food was great. I especially liked the katsu with asparagus. Two of us devoured this set. It tasted better than the last time I ate here (which was probably pre pandemic). Would certainly recommend this restaurant cos the price is very much reasonable for its taste.
