We dined at Sachi Best Ramen at SM Seaside in Cebu City. Our first time to eat in this Japanese restaurant. We ordered ramen, kani salad, gyoza, takoyaki and California maki. We loved the food. I particularly liked the gyoza and my choice of ramen which was shoyu chashumen. Service was good, we didn't wait very long for the food to be served. The staff were courteous and were knkwledgeable about their products. The store interiors are nice with some Japanese inspirations.

The ramen is so good, broth so tasty. Everything we ordered from here were delicious. Definitely be going back. If you are close by, make sure to try this little gem. It’s inside the mall.

This is a medium-sized Japanese restaurant located in SM Seaside City Cebu. It offers an affordable menu of Japanese and Asian dishes. The food was great, and the service was good even while the restaurant got pretty full during the lunch hour. The only thing is that I wish they had a better or larger selection of soft drinks, shakes, or maybe natural juices.

We decided to have dinner here during our business trip in Cebu. My vegan colleague appreciated that they had a vegan ramen option. I ordered gyoza, sushi, miso soup, and takoyaki. It was filling, but the takoyaki gave me an 'umay' feeling.

Sachi Best Ramen has some pretty decent ramen. Gyoza was bad. Miso soup was good. Okonomiyaki was passable except for the expired tasting bonito flakes topping. Yasai itame was good. Rice is actual Japanese short grain, but it was served last at the end of the meal by itself. Unfortunately everything else is sub par with a real big minus point for service. A combination of understaffing and a kitchen that pumps out inconsistent food quality at random intervals. Although there could be well meaning staff there is no good management.
