We eat out a lot, this could well be the best food we've had in a long time. The 12 hour cooked crispy pork is the star of the show. Closely followed by Champorado rice. I nearly didn't order it because, along with the rice pudding, and dark sponge cake it had caramelised fish. So glad I tried it, was amazing. The staff are very friendly and it was a privilege to talk to Chef Keam. Talented chef who cares about his menu and is a great guy. Highly recommend

We stayed at Serene la Playa in Boracay and enjoyed complimentary breakfast daily. The Eggs Benedict on spinach tortilla and Arroz Caldo were so good, we had them twice. My husband tried the rice meals, which were also delicious. We had complimentary cocktails and we ordered (separately) these perfectly cooked, flavorful potato chips on the side. The staff were all accommodating, especially Ms. Jackie, who took great care of us. Special thanks to Chef Ritchel for the fusion dishes and delicious meals.

This resto is actually located inside the Serene La Playa Hotel Boracay. Best accessed from the main road. Salsa has a good selection in the menu. Complimentary pork croquette were served while waiting for our orders. We had the paella negra, pulpo inasal, and porchetta bagnet (perfect crunch!)… There was no scrimping on the ingredients! Everything we had was quite delicious. We came on a weeknight, so it was very quiet. Our server Dave was very friendly and corteous. We very much enjoyed our dinner! ☺️

I love the food oh my goodness!! Chef Kean’s creations are amazing especially the enchilada and the champorado are a must to order. Customer service is also a 10/10! Alpha, Jackie, Ronie, and Dave are so hands on and sweet!!! Will defo come back :)

Had an amazing experience at Salsa! The food was a perfect blend of flavors, and every dish was a delightful surprise. What made it even better was the exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. They gave us free dessert and complimentary dish for my friend’s birthday. Definitely coming back with our other friends! Highly recommended! 😊💯
