Pork and beef meat options were basic but good. Better get with Wagyu cubes option (599) 8 side dishes in small quantity. Tastes okay. Also comes with cheese,rice and lettuce was fresh. Service was so-so. Not easy to call the waiters attention, but the orders arrive prompt and complete. Table was still a bit oily when we were seated. Place also a bit dim. No line when we visited after lunch hour.

Unli Samgyupsal but no meat available. Not so clean environment. And no enough staff to accommodate customers. Its a waste of money, not recommended. Just eat in other samgyupsal restaurants.

Worst customer service especially cashier!!!! My dad went there to have a sip of water and just a bite of pork (only one bite) and went out and suddenly appeared on my bill. The cashier intentionally didn't inform us or sana man lang sinita kami para alam namin but instead she surprised me that my dad added on my bill. Grabe in just one bite prices 588. Kung ininform nya sana ko edi sana sinulit nalang ng dad ko yung pag stay nya dun! Sobra sila!!!!!

First time eating here. The place looks unhygienic. The side dishes were horrible. Kimchi looks rundown tira tira. Tasteless also. Limited number of side dishes. Beef and pork were sliced mega thinly. No garlic available. Lettuce is not fresh. Ended up eating rice instead Service is slow Overall, will not recommend eating here

Wish we seen the reviews for SM Bicutan Branch before coming here. Unhygienic from plates, spoon, table, and chair all greasy and dirty. It's disgusting to eat here we'd rather pay the leftover fee than eat their disgusting food and get sick. Not recommended and will never go back here.
