One of the worse samgyupsal restau I've been. The food was cold even the rice is cold everything about their menu is cold. Service is very bad as well, attendants are hard to call, I asked for cheese and it took them 5mins or so to give us the cheese. There is also an attendant who is lowkey asking for a tip even tho he did not serve us even we were calling him when we saw him. The only thing I could praise is the scallops other than that NONE.

Worst Samgyupsal restaurant I have ever been to (SamgyeopMasarap - SM City Bacoor). For its price of ₱549 (unlimited meat and side dish), I can say that it's not really worth it. The food is cold, the menu lacks choices, not really great atmosphere/ambience, and the taste of the food is not that good. Some side dishes are bland, the cheese is very sweet, it's like sweetened milk, and the meat is just alright. Although, the customer service was quite good, at least for us. Very small piece of wagyu still considered as left over and the charge was so high. Even served all fat slices!!!!!

I am never really the type of person to write a bad review about a restaurant/shop; however, I think that the customer service in this restaurant was quite disappointing. I went to eat at this restaurant with my friends last night, and we were not very satisfied with the treatment of the staff members. The staff seemed to lack attentiveness towards their customers; I have been raising my hand for one of the staff member to come up to us, yet not one of them have approached us. It went on for about 5-10 minutes. We even asked for several follow-ups. The bad customer service had ruined our mood…
