I don't want to come back to this place.😔 We're so disappointed! We order some chicken, walang iseserve, some table also waiting for their chicken. Nagbill out nalang wala natikman. You will ask for cheese for so many times. Not satisfied for the food and service. Sorry need improvement for this branch.

ehh. samgyupsalamat used to be the best samgyupsal place for me pero parang may iniba sila. parang naging low quality na rin yung side dishes nila at ang onti rin compared sa ibang samgyups. staff was not that accommodating as well. 749 per person is knda xpnsve considering the quality

Samgyupsalamat Festival Mall branch is now open. Yay! Had dinner / monthsary celebration date with Bii last night. Opening promo unli @ 499. Queued for about an hour as expected but it’s okay. They have chair for waiting customers. Upon seated, all of the side dishes are all available on our table. Their staffs are well accommodating for our requests. Overall, good experience for a soft opening. Kudos to the Team!

staff: - rude and unaccommodating - extremely hard to get their attention to ask for orders and refills (i had to literally hold my arm up for around 5 mins just for them to notice me even though i was in front of their counter) - there are a lot of staffs but somehow they are still slow location: - the only good thing about this place - it's a new branch so the place is still clean (the restroom can be cleaner but what do you expect)
