The service here doesn't match the level of attentiveness and care I experienced at the SM Uptown branch, where the staff are consistently attentive and engaged. We were served iced tea without a glass, which took 30 minutes to arrive. We also had to ask three different staff members about our chicken balls, only to find out they had been mixed up with someone else’s order. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized with handling orders. Food is okay but the service is not.

Poor service. It was lunch time when we went there so you would think they would anticipate the lunch hour rush but no, they only had about 4 crew serving. Service is really slow. It’ll take maybe 10-15 mins wait just to get the refill. My friend asked for couple slices of garlic and it never came. We keep asking the crew about it and they just keep on saying it’s still being prepared. It’s just garlic my dude, how long does it take for your kitchen staff to slice the damn thing. Store opens at 10, crews are coming in @11. Service crews don't attend you. Mang Inasal's extra rice responds faster than them. You get 2hrs of stay yet you'll wait for more than an hour before being served. They'll prioritize people coming in yet won't serve the people already dined. Sad. Bad business practice. Food was great. That's it. Not recommending.
