I had a dinner date with my colleagues here two weeks ago. The food was great—I especially enjoyed their meats, and the steamed egg was delicious. The drink (micho) was a bit unusual for me, but I liked it. However, their customer service was very slow. For the first 30 minutes to an hour, we were consistently assisted with our concerns, but as more customers arrived, their service was compromised. Food is excellent, atmosphere fun as you make it, service is a zero. Not sure if my table was slow rolled because I am fat or American, either way as my party had 4 tables they chose the wrong one to ignore. My Kuya his asawa, my anak and her cousin sitting next to us put away 3x the food at the same speed as us, because that was how fast they were served. Hopefully they lost money to the boys (my nephews), as we are on round 20? Ah well, maybe next time.

Super slow service. Staff was unresponsive and always had to follow up atleast 3 times to get our order. They were always just zooming past us while we ordered and our orders were always delayed and even forgotten. We lost our appetite pretty quickly due to the slow service. We were even sat near their service window and they were still negligent in providing us our needs. Bad overall service and will definitely not come back to this branch.

Extremely slow service. We had to follow up with the staff at least three times to acquire our order. Whenever we placed an order, they would constantly pass by us, especially the Reymark crew. However, I want to thank Gerald for helping us and for his apology for the unpleasant experience. The food was excellent, but the service was awful.
