Singaporean food suited to Filipino’s palate. The chef is very hands-on, warm and passionate. We tried the Hainan Chicken, CharSiu and BakTeh. Tastes like it was cooked by your Auntie in Singapore. Legit!!!
Came back for the Haianese chicken, but decided to order the Samuk Set Meal instead. The ginger sauce goes well with the chicken. I honestly want my own stock of it. The Samuk Set can be good for two people (if you order extra rice) or just one person if you're that hungry. Staff were nice and accommodating. Can tell the owners really put some love into this place. It has more potential if located in a more accessible and open space, but for now, it's a hidden gem!
