If you are looking for an affordable yet delicious food, then you must try this place. Great for birthday treats, or if you simply want a good comfort filipino food. Serving is big, it will not dissapoint you. Serving is fast. Waiters are courteous. Parking is a little bit of a challenge I’m not fond of pancit pero napakain ako. Double thumbs up
Amazing food and great vibes! They had a live duo play classic 70s and 80s music live, they were great singers and really added to the atmosphere of the bar. The food itself was great and cheap. Service was quick and washrooms were clean-no toilet paper though. And there were fans and mists to keep you cool! Nice bar for the older crowd.
This is a great place to have classic Filipino food. We ordered their halaan, lechon kawali, grilled liempo, sizzling mushrom, buko shake, and the Sangkalan fried chicken. I would recommend all of what we got, especially the fried chicken and the halaan. Serving sizes are good and you are bound to over-order. They also only have street parking and a few slots on the lot so parking may be difficult.
Adobong pusit and halaan a bit salty but still okay. Gambas sauce tastes great. Halohalo has a generous amount of serving. Food-handling could have been more sanitary because the bottom of the bowl was submerged into the pot while transferring the extra soup.
Parking is limited but you can be accommodated on adjacent establishments in which they have a contact and maybe because it's weekends. The place is typical of a Filipino restaurant. The food is on the average meaning no special thing about the menu. The pancit canton is overcooked. Mostly the place can cater small to medium events. The staffs are friendly.
