We recently visited Santouka Casual Ramen Dining and had a great experience! The ramen here is top-notch and definitely worth trying. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I also highly recommend the karaage, which was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The service was prompt and friendly, and the restaurant itself had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Went there withy family and had a great night in there. The food is great. Ordered a lot and majority is good. Authentic? Not entirely but the dish are presentable and taste good. If only the ramen is not a little salty, then I could give 5 star. The venue is nice and warming. Not the typical old japanese interior design but I like the vibes. Price is reasonable to a little pricey.

It's a shame that the atmosphere was nice but they use instant ramen noodles. Even more disappointing that the prices are kind of same as Ramen Nagi (i reference ramen nagi 'cause of excellent experience) The service was great, crews are attentive & respectful. Instant noodles should not be served in a "fine dining" level of service. NO TO INSTANT NOODLES! As for the atmosphere, a little music wouldn't hurt actually.
