This Sbarro is not like the usual Sbarro where we go to. Their space is very small and narrow and the chairs are cramped up. However, what really made me like this place is how fast their service is as well as how good their servers are. They immediately ask you if you want to upgrade your meal to a more cost-effective set. Plus they are really fast in dealing with customers and orders.

28.01.2023 First time to try this branch. Their chicken pesto pasta was tasty, loved their pizzas (a slice is huge and so cheesy). They have complimentary water served in huge cups. Space is a bit tight inside. Staff are nice.

I had a pizza "Four cheese" and it was okay. But I wasn't sure if it contents mozzarella and made with soft wheat flour (type 405 or 00), as it is in real pizzas. It should be much better.

I had a disappointing experience at Sbarro Trinoma branch. Poor packaging and customer service. I ordered spaghetti with red sauce for take-out, a usual favorite of mine. However, because the sauce can be messy, I requested a paper bag to prevent spills. The cashier refused, stating that paper bags are only for orders of three or more. I even offered to pay extra, but she was not accommodating, citing "limited resources." They seemed uninterested in helping because I only had one order. Oct 2023: I ordered 1 cheese pizza and half order of spaghetti with meatball. I told the cashier that I will avail their P309 Value Meal Promo with a free 12oz drink. The cashier did not even inform me that the promo comes with a regular order of pasta. She just punched my order and charged me an extra P69 for the meatball they put on top of my spaghetti. Haaay naku, budol is real! I will never eat in this restaurant ever again.
