My wife had dinner with her officemates a few hours ago and she accidentally left her phone in the table. We were able to contact her phone and good thing, her phone was in the possession of the marvelous people of Scott's Ascott. We advised them that we will have it picked up by Grab and wow, upon receipt of the phone, it was packed with all the works to keep it safe and discreet. I would like to thank the wonderful people of Scott's Ascott especially the dining supervisor and her Jan 17 (dinner) team. God bless you guys.

The food is good but of course due to my food restrictions, the food I can order is limited. But they would gladly obliged my request to modify the ingredients for my food.

+10 stars for this place! Service was superb! From the moment I approached their entrance, the supervisor invited me to take a seat even if I was only perusing their menu. Because of this, I decided to dine here. I ordered a sandwich and fries. It was served immediately. The servers were very attentive. I wanted to order ice blended coffee but they only had iced coffee on the menu. So I decided not to order. After a few minutes, the server came back and said that they Will be happy to create an ice-blended Mocha coffee. I was very impressed that they went the extra mile! Kudos to the serv…

The breakfast at the hotel is nice with many choices of food, and also the food are not the same everyday. There are a lot of cheese and pastry selection. The some local and Asian food are also good.

Had the best bday dinner for our dad here at Scott's. All the food we ordered - Laksa, Truffle Alfredo Pasta, among others were superb. Hearty portions. Pre-ordered a cake also with them and they presented it to my dad with a unique bday song. The cake we got was White & Dark Chocolate cake with Banana and Caramel Pecan which was also impressive. Service - staff were excellent. Ambience - great as we were the only ones there during CNY's eve. Btw, reserved here through Eatigo with 30% discount. Couldn't be any happier with our experience here at Scott's.
