The setup is cozy, the music they play is nice and the coffee is good. My only gripe is that they are inside a mall and their hours are the same as the mall. This place would be marvelous somewhere that can open late nights to early morings.

Good decor. Hygienic. Menu is on point. I would say break fast is great. But disappointed with coffee. It was too sweet. Otherwise must place for breakfast/ specifically pancakes

Good menu selection, chill ambiance. However, there are limited seats with power outlets so not really conducive to hanging out with your laptop for extended periods. I also find it strange that when I asked for drinking water I was told that they couldn't provide it (other times they would normally just have a pitcher at the counter). I've always thought that all local establishments are required to provide free potable water upon request (as per the city's local ordinance).

So many UNAVAILABLE items! I had to change my order 4 times because everything I mentioned wasn’t available. Most panini items, small beverage sizes, desserts, etc. Also when I wanted to switch one of my orders, the cashier told me I couldn’t because she already punched it in. Which we all know is BS. But I didn’t want to start an issue so I settled on a spam and egg panini which they forgot to give me with my drinks. After I had followed up, they gave it without an apology. It wasnt even good. 🤷🏻‍♀️
