Has deteriorated in the past years. This used to be in my top 2 Samgyupsal places. Won't be coming back soon. My main gripe is how slowly their charcoal based stove cooks the meats. It takes too much time. We complained about it twice and the servers changed the charcoal to no avail. Doesn't even really add that much flavor to the food. Nakakabitin. I've eaten in charcoal stive places and I never had this problem. One more thing is they always say they're at promo price. Annoying really. They've been saying the since they opened years ago. Disclaimer: the service was good (the servers were fast and attentive) except the FOOD. CONS The rice was undercooked. The smoke exhaust was not working. The butter tasted like MARGARINE. 🤢 The side dishes were limited (nuts, 3 pcs cucumber, kimchi, japchae that doesn't taste like korean, dilis, 3 pcs marbled potato) Soup is too salty 😵 Free iced tea is too sweet PROS Their bulgogi(s) taste great Scissors are sharp Servers were fast Overall, so not worth it 🥺🥺

Its okay but not worth the price. The maki had gummy texture as if it had been out for a while. The maki pieces was small. The japchae was not the korean taste even if it looked like it. The cheese was like margarine. The kimchi taste like atchara. Definitely it did not meet my expectations.

i should have listened to the recent reviews. side dish potato felt like it just came out of the fridge. utensils are very oily. their pitcher has molds on it. very unsanitize. and worst the lettuce that they serve to us has worm... cx service is excellent tho

Food ❌ expectations vs. Reality , The presentations were very off. Its like its been inside the fridge for a long time. Service ❌Servers even forgot to give us soup and rice. We had to ask for it 😅, unlike the table beside us, upon sitting, they were served right away. Quite Disappointing! Atmosphere ❌❌❌❌THE EXHAUST ARE NOT WORKING, We had to finish our food cos we couldnt wait to get out of there. Our clothes were very stinky by the time we left the place. I hope someone could take action, The place has potential, if it continues like this, I dont think it will make it
