Sad that Serenitea Festival Mall branch is official closed. This is my favorite place in mall since the place is serene and I can truly enjoy my food and drinks at peace. I go here every Saturday or Sunday and watch my favorite show.
We usually buy our favorite drink here.
This is one of the go to Milk tea shops we frequent to. Shop is small, ample amount of clean tables and chairs. Not too busy but gets crowded in the afternoon during weekends. Weekdays is best. For me their Thai and Hokkaido milk tea is the best and add that with their Tofu and Corn whic is our favorite too.
Due to the required facemask and plastic cover/screen on the counter, it was harder to communicate with the cashier/order taker, just have to be patient, speak clearly, explain and repeat if needed. Other than that, service was good, fast, and the store follows safety precautions to minimize, if not eliminate, exposure to other people. Food item quality remains the same pre-quarantine.
Understaffed. Very slow service. Tastes good though.
