Great drink selections as always on the go. My go-to is usually any Yakult or Lychee based drink.
A nice place to relax while sipping your milk tea
Servers ignore you and don't even acknowledge you even if you keep calling to ask for their attention. Even if they were making orders, others were just pretending to be "busy". A simple, please wait for a moment while we prepare this would suffice. You're better off ordering at Coco at FAME.
Very very slow service in this branch. I was waiting for my order and yet the service crew (not the cashier lady) kept on entertaining questions about the Holiday Diary and halting all production of drinks. Need to have a system to work more efficiently and effectively
I fell in line for 15minutes. Then the guy at the counter told me to wait for 10minutes for my drink: milo dino slush. After 20minutes, my drink hasn't been made. When I ask him why, he told me there are lots of orders. I can ask for refund if I want to. Is that how you treat your customers???
