The setting is intimate and all food are great! We finished every single bit on all of our plates!

5/5 dining experience at Seva 🤍 everything we ordered was delicious- the charcuterie, ahi tuna tartare, spicy vodka rigatoni, and NY strip were all packed with flavor. ngl, we devoured everything. they also served a complimentary creme brulee for my bday, and it was honestly one of the best ive ever had

(we were an hour late for our reservation, but they still accommodated us 🥹😭)

the ambiance was calm, peaceful, dimly lit, with candles setting a warm glow. the staff was attentive too, making sure our glasses were never empty.

the highlight of the night was definitely the spicy vodka rigatoni. the burrata beautifully balanced the creaminess and subtle heat of the sauce, and in my case, i paired it with their parmigiano-dusted french fries and it was perfect.

while the fries are usually served with mussels,it sounds unusual to have it dipped in a mussel emulsion moreso pair it with the seafood itself but it went good.

We had a 5/5 great time in Seva. The food is delicious and full of flavor. Everything we had was something great to order.

We had the Ahi Tuna Tartare to start. It was like a taco with a crunchy base and fresh, tender tuna as the main component. It tastes like spicy tuna with other unique sauces. I don't usually like fish, but I liked this dish.
We also had other appetizers at another time and I would also recommend the blue crab dip. It was rich in flavor and the bread was great.
