We were incredibly disappointed with our order at this branch. We placed a takeout order just a short while ago, and our bill was a shocking 2,000 pesos! Imagine our surprise when we realized 7 items were missing! Even after returning to get the missing items, we were still shortchanged – we ordered 6 pieces of nuggets, but only received 4! I understand that the crew might be tired, but we are paying customers and deserve professional service. We shouldn't have to return just to get what we paid for. Won't recommend or return here. The crew was rude and so unprofessional. I needed to call the manager to correct the order. No consideration. The food was the same you anticipate, but the service, oh boy, 'twas a nightmare!

Staff were rude and displayed unproper behavior Served our food in take out containers despite us repeatedly saying it was for dine-in Our orders were all messed up and wrong The utensils and tables werent cleaned properly Our drinks had ice sespite the request of adding no ice Majority of their menu are not available They did not have the proper cups for their brewed coffee The floors are unsanitary The workers are extremely unprofessional when asked for help with the order Very bad experience

You have to check your take out order everytime, otherwise you will be short-changed. I ordered DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER meal plus sundae. I have to remind the server about the sundae. When I got home, that's when I saw that they gave me cheeseburger only. Is it the company or do they hire stupid employees now? This has happened several times in other branches as well.
