If you're a foreigner like me and you just want to have a regular shack burger, this place is great. Bacon's a little bit different. But everything tasted on par. I even asked for a side of shack sauce and they didn't charge me anything, although they were a little bit confused when I was asking. Definitely the best burger I've ate in the Philippines (I've done much the exploring), especially when compared to Wendy's and McDonald's here.

I just don't know where to start. I am completely dumbfounded by how magnificent the customer service here was. You'd think twice when approaching the GCC's version of Shake Shack but no. It'd make you contemplate that the happiness that shines in this type of labour would be more honest and noticeable in the Middle East but it does not even compare. I feel ashamed. I don't know how they managed it, but it was truly a family there. Unbelievable hospitality that they displayed to me. Good things aside, they need to figure out a more proper LTO. My recent visit to Shake Shack BGC was a mix of great food and some minor disappointments. Upon arrival, there was no one by the door to greet or assist customers, especially those with disabilities or strollers, and they don’t have automatic doors, which would have been a nice touch. However, the ordering process was smooth and hassle-free. We ordered a Shake Shack Double, three singles, two fries, one “Uuubey by Baby,” and an ube shake with vanilla custard. Been here several times over the years and their burger is still worth to give a try. The bun is soft, meat is juicy, and their lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. However, like the rest of the branches, it is still self service and you need to get your own food when it’s ready. The ambiance is okay but the place is tidy and cleaned though.
