My first time here at this branch! I have always loved Shakey's, but the chicken here was the bomb! By far the best fried chicken that I've ever tasted! Of course, I also had my favorite rootbeer float! Love the service too! And happy that they are employing senior and pwd's too! The best! Keep it up! 🥰👏💕

The pasta doesn't give much; chicken's skin were salty while its meat has no taste but the crew were all polite and always gives warm smiles.

First time to visit this Branch. Crew was hospitable. Place is good and new. The pizza was great shrimp w/ veges and also have other options. Have a chance to avail there card that give discounts during your dine-in or delivery orders. Thank you staff for a good service... Highly recommended and will definitely visit again in the future to come... 👍😊

We were seated in the front area which is open so it's a little distracting. The place was full considering it's in a mall so service was a bit slow and the crew is always in a hurry or busy (can't blame them cos like I said there were a lot of people). But the food sufficed the place and service. The pizzas, mojos and chicken were obviously not pre-heated (you can always tell from the first bite).

Service was atrocious. Not a single staff want to process our bill despite us asking them (nicely) multiple times. Props to the floor manager(?) on attending to his staff's shortcomings but how he cannot give them proper orders and commands is appalling. Waiting was longer than eating.
