absolutely amazing ! i celebrated my birthday here with my classmates, and it was a great experience. when our food arrived, it was freshly cooked. there was also a claw machine, which was extremely fun (we screamed when jason got two plushies, alot). i highly recommend going to this branch.

I celebrated my 27th birthday here. This is one of the go-to place of my family and friends as we just live nearby.

The space is spacious. Service is great and prompt.

We particularly enjoyed the claw machine. We got more than 10 toys hehe.

I ordered big managers choice pizza and Garlic pizza and lasagna. Initially the garlic pizza was missing at the delivery. The managers pizza was chill and unbeatable. The Lasagna was burned. Not even the pigs would like it. After about 30 minutes the delivery boy brought two little garlic pizzas which looked like coming out from a freezer. Disgusting food and service. This Shakeys is untrustworthy and their food is horrible. Do not order. It is a waste of money.

Me and my friends had a disappointing experience at Shakeys Abad Santos (July 27, 10-11pm) The service was exceptionally slow. Also we have some request that is neglected. The manager seemed lacked in attention and has poor customer management skill. I hope that the manager can be more polite and explain the situation to the customers in a good manner.

Service is slow. REALLY SLOW. Food are fishy. The only good thing on our order is my canned coca cola and the mojos. The rest taste fishy. The pasta noodles used in Aglio Olio were cut into pieces. 👎👎👎
