The place is well lighted and the glass wall creates an area that the space is wide. If you are not used with people looking at you, you may feel awkward since the store is situated along the busy road in Jaro, Iloilo. I would personally like to commend the staff and crew of Shakey’s Jaro Branch for giving quality service with a plus!!! The crew greets you with warm smiles from the moment you enter the establishment until you leave the area.

Nice place. They have plenty of parking spaces. Personnel are polite. The security guard helps when you park and leave. Restroom is clean. If you just want to eat pizza at Shakeys and don't want to be in a mall (the next nearest branch), this is the place to visit.

Service was nice and friendly, but they missed an orders for the drinks and had to remind them more than twice. Airconditioning was inadequate but the place was setup nice and is pretty well lit

This is the worst Shakeys I have been to. The food is average. It is so hot inside, I think they are trying to cut down on their electric bill. The manager served us but she didn't even serve the drinks first or even just water because we were so thirsty already. Won't be back here.
