Very nice place. Clean and has good lighting. Not congested. Ambience is relaxing. Staff: Excellent service, accommodating and knew very well their food; proactive and attentive. Left the resto with a satisfied, happy and busog tummy. 😊

If you grew up in the mid-’70s to ‘80s, Shakey’s would undoubtedly be a staple in your life. To this day, it remains one of my favorite go-to comfort food spots. And let’s be honest, nobody—and I mean nobody—does thin-crust pizza better than Shakey’s. The Makati Cinema Square (MCS) branch is practically legendary. Food : The food is still okay. Although the mojos now are too soggy and oily for me. Service : It was alright. At first, their card machine was not working but the crew member gave alternative to help us get thr promotion. I just wish that they are more attentive as there were times that we needed to call multiple times for them to see us. Atmosphere : Nothing to share.

I went at 9 pm and the waiters were singing, making tik tok sounds. I had to wait 15 min to make my order, and after, I had to stand up and go to cashier to pay. Food is ultra expensive as always in Shakeys. 600 for combo + mozza stick.

Place was extremely hot, reminds you of a sauna or storage room. Only 1 aircon was working and it was unpleasant. Maybe to cut costs since there weren't many customers as one would expect at that hour? Really huge branch, and almost empty even when I went at dinner. Carbonara supreme was just ok, nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix. It's creamy but maybe I'm searching for the basil or pesto kick.
