We’ve ordered via grab but we’re very disappointed when we got the 2 boxes of pizza that we ordered plus a mini box of pizza from Grab because their pizzas were not fresh and it tastes like a day old or so. We were like eating a gristly cardboard. We contacted the restaurant but the manager “Mitch” was rude. We asked to be refunded but she insisted that their pizzas were freshly made and that they can send us another same boxes of pizza and sarcastically said that the taste will be exactly the same like we’ve ordered. I won’t be surprised why this store is getting a lot of negative feedback…

when it comes to the service, they will just put the set of plates on the table and then you will distribute to your companions. Food was good but they are tables that has no lights.

Non-attentive service, orders forgotten/wrong and our table wasn't fixed (cutlery, paper, glasses) until 30+ minutes after we've sat down. Our small order didn't arrive until almost an hour after we've ordered, even though the other tables we're served despite arriving much later than us. Love Shakey's, but maybe avoid this one.

Upon entering i was not approached regardless no customers was there..i tooked the menu my self and had to apptoach them to place an order. Managers choice thin crust the same every time i order via deliveries pqrtner or if i dine in but i was so so so disapointed . Undercook pizza ang it juat looked and tasted really diffent .

We ordered at 3:57, via Grab App. It took 1 hour and 15 min just to finish 2 pizza, the grab driver even followed up the order twice. The distance of the pizza parlor is just 2km away from our office. We just dont want to walk outside because we are having a meeting. -100/10 cooking time and service.
