UPDATE 2022-23: This place has reopened on the 2nd flr of the new commercial building. A small dining area outside is open for dine-in. (This place has no dining area, orders are for take out, pick up or delivery. The staff are very helpful. They make an extra effort if you have become a regular. UPDATE MID 2019: This place seems permanently closed though the building is being redeveloped by the property owner. So they might be back.)
