The service crew is accomodating and nice. They were able to get all our requests done. However the place is a bit small and if it gets crowded it is a bit hard to move around and the AC is a bit low on the side that we were on. They have also a TV playing movies but with no sound. Food is same with other branches. Although when I checked their menu, they did not offer the smoked salmon pizza, but that is fine.

Food was nice but we weren't satisfied with the service. I was with 8 other people and the restaurant doesn't look that busy as the service crews were just chatting and standing when they weren't doing anything. Apart from deliveries, there were only 3 medium-sized groups (we were the largest - group of 9) and 1 couple. After we all ordered, I asked the staff to repeat our orders and I clearly heard him repeat one of our companion's order. All meals were served apart from 1 meal. The manager was really rude to my family. There was no problem waiting. We asked if they serve food outdoors because there were 4 empty tables there and two empty tables indoors. We waited 15-20mins to be seated outdoors and hoping they would finally clean up the tables within 15 mins. After two follow-ups, that's the only time they cleaned the dishes with the manager giving my sister a snarky attitude. They could get more customers if they actually clean up the tables but they asked us to wait for more than 20mins. Since the managers attitude was a little rude, we decided to just leave and …
