It's 10/10, it nice that you have a lot of options here, they have like a cocktail bar, they serve beer, coffee, milktea and juices. Have these options make it way more better than other pizza parlor. Their staffs are accommodating too, even ask how was the food after dining. Lot of parking spaces too. Nice ambiance and spacious.

Magallanes branch has improved a lot over the last 10 years that I have been going there. It's turned into 1 of my go-to places for lasagna (they made it more Filipino-styled; used to more Italian, I think), mozzarella sticks, pasta, and chicken. Service is also much improved. Lesser waiting time when I bill out. Well-managed store.

A great product is always affected by bad service. - - plenty of waiters. Kaunti lang customers pero nagchichikahan at tawanan lanv - asked for Coke zero pero hindi naman sinunod. I informed waitress hindi nag apologise and parang wala lang. - The place is great pero the service is bad. - The manager seems not affected with the attitude of his crew -Asked for the bill right after completing my order and it took more than it should. One of the best Shakey’s restaurant I’ve been in. They have a bar area and a fun zone area for kis. Ambience/atmosphere is really great and it doesn’t feel like your regular shakey’s it’s just that service needs improvement. Staff seems to lack basics of customer service and especially the Jessica staff in their branch.
