So happy to receive the platter lasagna & their 18inch pizza as an exchange for my P1k refund. I use gcash always for my payment. It came to the point that my order was late so they provided me b1t1 18inch pizza as a courtesy. Way to go shakeys. Thank you so much.

This branch is disappointing. When we were seated, there are still crumbs on the couches and it’s hot inside. The salad was okay and the soup is not good. Their chicken and mojos (which we usually love!) was cold and not crispy.

Aircon not working. Food is mediocre at best. . Pizza is more like garlic bread. Pasta overcooked with no attention to detail. Chicken was hard and sour. . Don't go here

It was a rainy night when we stayed in Tagaytay so we decided to order in as it was easier. While this experience wasn't horrible, it wasn't great either and started early on. We had difficulty actually getting the online ordering system to work. Once we did, the delivery was quick and the driver was good. However, when we ordered neither of the two pizzas we chose listed mushrooms as a topping, but when we opened them, BOTH of them had mushrooms. We went there for dinner. The place is small. The service was not good and disorganized. We are done with the other food but the Hawaiian pizza took a long time. I didn't expect it to take so long because it's just a common pizza and they didn't tell us before ordering how long it will take. They didn't even apologize for the long wait. I noticed some people who came in later had their pizza served before us. I had to follow up 4 times. The mojos was replaced with french fries. No explanation whatsoever.
