The staff are busy with their phone and everything just takes a while (order taking, request for bill). We would understand if there's delay because this branch is newly opened (not to mention there's not a lot of customers when we visited the place). But the staff obviously are not too happy working on a Valentines day. We still love Shakeys but would probably visit another branch in the future even though this one is the nearest to our location.

We ordered bunch of lunches, and noticed that the other table that got there after us was able to get their food immediately. I tried to raise my hand to request for cutleries, only to be ignored by 3 staffs who were just standing on the side. Our order took at most 40 minutes. Really disappointed. It seems the management doesnt have control.

Worst experience to celebrate birthdays for my mother and brother. The service is too long, no initiative to check if our order is complete and we need to follow up several times. Also, please check the attitude of your waitress.
