Excellent service. Friendly and accommodating crew. Always felt prioritized as a customer. You will be greeted with a smile when you enter and when you leave. Helpful guard will assist you when parking your vehicle. They try to implement the safety protocols here as best they could, unfortunately, some customers are too stubborn. They even get mad at the crew for that.

Looks and feels like a nice family restaurant. No more meatballs on the spaghetti, which is sad. Pizza is salty. German fries used to be better.

The staff are always nice and accommodating. My kids and i are regular customers here. And it is nice that the staff already know what we would normally order.. and would occasionally offer if there anything new that they think we would like. Knowing your customer is some next level customer service.

The atmosphere was good. It was quite loud because there are a lot of celebrations, but I find that the noise is somewhat comforting for a pizza place. The food was delicious. It does not taste reheated as it is still quite hot. 5 stars for the food.

It was not too busy during my visit here. Not unlike in their Quezon Avenue branch. I wanted to order but it took forever for the staff to approach me and take my order. I tried to wave they just looked at me like I was nothing. After almost 30-45 mins of waiting for nothing I left the store and informed the guard on duty about the incident since the crew never dared to even talk to me. I am not going back to this branch. Much better to go elsewhere than feel ashamed and hungry.
