The place is good and spacious. The staff are nice and accommodating. There is also a good parking and the place is accessible by taxi, bus and even just a few walk from the cash and carry mall and sm hypermarket. This is a perfect place if you want a quiet and a bit quaint place for pizza or dinner. The food is good also.

The service here is excellent despite the crowd going wild. I hope they could add more staff here so they can attend to their customers more properly. Waiting time will prove better, order-taking, bills, other customer request, will be addressed appropriately if this branch add more staff. I commend each and every one of them, especially the employee who attended to us, for maintaining composure and courtesy even though some of the people where unpleasant and cannot understand that the waiters were already outnumbered by customers. Overall job well done.

Didn't know a lot of Shakeys branches are open 24 hours. Got to try the bacon and cheese fusilli, chicken n mojos and tuna salad. Plus a cold pitcher of draft beer- the mugs were chilled Use your super card to get 10% off. And don't forget the free UCC coffee. Free parking at this location

This is just a typical pizza restaurant where we chose to eat after our expo event in World Trade with our team. When we first enter nobody was asking us for how many people to find a table. I kept waving but only guard got my attention. Looks like they're short of staff or too busy for new customers. The foods they served is quite fast though. Also upon checkout, it took time for them to process our bill.

At this particular branch, the free WiFi is excellent. I was able to get work done. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t mind that I stayed there for around 3 hours. I ordered a party sized pizza and a bottomless drink.
