I love that they have many pizza options! Their mojos and fried chicken are the best. I didn't like the pasta that much. Service here is kinda slow. Cozy ambience. Lighting is good. Restrooms are clean. Enough parking space within Eton Centris. Overall, good!

I normally rave about Shakey’s because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I had the worst customer experience when I ordered from this branch. I indicated I would pay with my credit card upon delivery, and they sent a rider without a credit card terminal. I waited for half an hour for the second rider to arrive only to find out the terminal he had had no battery charge. I waited for another 2 hours for the third rider to finally pay for my food. All this happened while I was at work, and I had to climb four flights of stairs every single time to meet the riders. Horrible service. Worst…
