celebrated my nephew’s first birthday here. the food was great and the staff are welcoming. whenever you ask for something they immediately give it to you. the other staff was even our host for that day. the food was great though i couldnt say the pastas are good since shakeys is not known for that but for the pizza they produce. we have been like eating a wide variety of pizza that day. we had take-outs too aside from the giant pizza. we even had to try pizza making.

We're too tired from a whole day of touring the city, so we've decided just to grab some foods here and eat at the hotel. This outlet is big and spacious with ample parking space. Nice and cozy ambience. The staff were very service oriented with special mention to Jhoana Lee ( oh, i hope i've remembered her name correctly! ). She was kind enough to give us every little things that we needed plus ice! She made sure our takeaways were complete and packed neatly. The service was fast. Cold and bland pizza and potato fries. Chicken is salty, not crunchy, not fresh, and not tasty at all. The food attendants were attentive though.

I had better experience with this Shakey's than the one in Quezon city. Place was empty at lunch time?? But better food and service than Quezon City.

poor service. staff are not nice most especially the cashier(oct29,7pm) and the manager. and there were only 3-4 tables that need to be catered at that time. worst shakeys ever!
