Was randomly looking for food to eat and found a pizza store. Serving was good. Crews were nice especially the Manager who explained thoroughly what are the perks of having a card and so I got one. I don't like to try again their Manager's choice pizza. Di ko trip.

We went here for lunch on a Sunday. Stayed there for almost two hours with only 30 minutes of that spent on dining. The rest was for waiting for our order and our bill to arrive and for the payment to finish. The staff was attentive but very busy they weren't able to process our requests that quick. Maybe they're short-staffed, I dunno, but I saw them trying their best. Loved the food, though. It's Shakey's after all.

Normal pizza and chicken and mojos fix. The service was bad though. Our pizza took more than an hour to arrive. No one was updating you until you follow up. Never again here

So far, this is the branch with the worst service. My order which is just 1 meal only for 1 person took 45 minutes. I could still patiently wait since I'm not that hungry and not in a rush, but when I saw that the groups of people who just arrived and who ordered their food way later than me are already receiving their food and started eating already, I spoke to the staff and manager. And that's the time they started preparing my food. The female manager was unapologetic while placing the food on my table. In addition, they got some of my orders wrong..
