I just had dinner here today with my nieces and I must say their foods and services are at par! We ordered the Deal 2 package meal that's good for 4-5 persons, and the table attendant, Win, offered me a SuperCard Classic which I immediately availed and got a 15% discount from my bill. Every staff that attended to our table are very accommodating, friendly, and professional! Shakey’s has been our family’s favourite. As we visit Manila again, we cannot wait to dine with them. I'm glad they're able to maintain the food quality. The chicken is moist and crispy. The ever-popular mojos are great now with a variety of sauces to choose from. The price is reasonable and budget-friendly especially with their group meal promos and meal combos. Service staff are friendly but waiting time needs to improve. The dining area are clean and spacious.

Shakey's is the go to pizza parlor for me if you want thin crust. We paired our order with their fried chicken and skilleti. We weren't ordering drinks but our server suggested that we should just get package 1 which will give us the same food items plus drinks. We got the drinks free then. With my shakey's card, our bill just came to a little over a thousand. The surprising delight we were able to settle our bill fast enough because they come to your table with the credit card issuing-bill. Overall a good dining experience.

We were seated quickly. Place is a bit darkly lighted. Staff are quick to respond. Condiments like salt, hot sauce and parmesan cheeses were not on the table. We had to ask for these. Table napkins are limited. Small things but still noticeable. Food is ok. Portions are ok for the price.

Shakey's other branches were really great, an all over five star experience. Which is why this got me to ponder about this branch. Despite being seated by out table they took a lot of time to make our food. They didn't really state a waiting time and most of the people that came after us got theirs already. We waited almost around 30 to 40 minutes and we havent gotten our food yet. That was until they told us we had to wait for five more minutes. I hope they do better the next time we come to this branch.
