It's amazing how shakeys improved all through the years. Food they improved a lot especially with the chicken its that salty anymore Service- friendly and they improved how they treated their Customers Atmosphere- good ambiance and good for the family

I must say that Shakey's has a menu that doesn't show what they are selling. How about an ice cream sundae. We don't do that, but you can get a scoop of ice cream. How about a root beer float. No we can't do that either. Robertson Mall Shakey's said the same thing. So, that's why we went to the one at SM Bacolod Mall. The Shakey's meat with mushrooms pizza looked so good with so many toppings. It came up missing the mushrooms and not as much as their menu photo showed. A total misrepresentation of what they are really doing with the new limited business model!

You need to bring something to eat if you plan to dine here.. The waiting time is sooooooo longggggggggg... atleast the food is great

I ordered one item for take out. One item. They let me wait for almost 1 hour!!! It was not even hot when I received the mojos. Ang malala pa kasi di masarap. Nakakadismaya. It was a waste of time. Tried to cancel thrice but ayaw nila. It was really annoying.

Management is very poor, Waiter and waitresses are slow,forgetful and lacking manners & etiquette. We requested bottled water several times but they have served it after 40mins. We even have called their attention for more than 3 times. Wala wala gid. This is the worst Shakey's branch in Bacolod. If you plan to have a meal with your family.. please don't. Go and find somewhere else.
