This branch of Shakey's is located at the third floor of SM City Sta. Mesa. It is very near the escalators going to or from the fourth floor (Food Hall/Cinema). It has average number of tables and chairs and can accommodate large groups of families or friends. They offer typical menu of Shakey's such as pizza, pasta, mojos, and shakes. [28SEP24] after malling, decided to deal with our craving of carbonara. Funny how this shop has so many empty seats/tables and yet there is a line. I think they need more team member for dining to make tables ready for new guests. I noticed that the crew is mostly ladies and only has 2 guys in that time. Not being gender bias but i think ladies here act less than optimal. We had to wait 30mjns before being seated when infact there are vacant tables enough for 5 groups. Orders didn't come as expected. There are cockroaches in the walls on the tables. Our coke tasted like water. We had it replaced and they served it without ice. It was slightly better but still really stale. Chicken has blood on it still. Other food was okay. It was served in intervals and a follow-up for multiple occasions was deemed necessary Overall, this branch does not live up to its other branches. Most definitely wont eat at this branch again.

The place is obviously undermanned. Food to 30mins to get out. When we asked how much time it'll take in case we place addtl order, the waiter said it'll only take 3-5mins... but it took another 20. When we asked for the bill, we waited for another 20mins again (muntik na kami umalis kasi baka nililibre na nila?) and then sabi lang ng waiter ang bagal daw kasi ng cashier.
