This is an oasis of calm in the stressful, busy terminal. Staff are professional, accomodating, polite and friendly. Yumcha eat-all-you-can was really a good bang for the buck. Our server was very knowledgeabl of the menu. We tried his suggestions and the dishes were great. Sweet & sour pork was tender and juicy inside and the outer layer was crunchy and crispy but not hard to chew. The sauce was kinda thick and sipped right thru the crispy outer layer. Pork shrimp siomai was abundant with shrimps. Gentso chicken tasted great as well. Soy chicken meat was very juicy and tender. Salt and peppe…
In Terminal 3 at NAIA in the food court, my wife and I went the first time to this restaurant with (honestly) not very high expectations. Rarely have we been so pleasantly surprised! 😊 We ordered the hot & sour soup, which was exactly as it should be, the Beef Tenderloin, which was absolutely amazing (super tender meat, big portion and excellent sauce) and the platter with 4 different dim sum (see picture). Each of the dim sum were super tasty and the presentation was just stunning. Last but not least, the service was very friendly, quick and kind and the restaurant was very clean. This will …
It's nice to find a place like this in NAIA 3, especially when your plane got stuck in "traffic" and severly delayed in landing. I was so hungry, and had a hard time finding restos that actually have well-balanced meals (with veggies). They have big servings at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is also nice and cozy. The food was also served at the right time (just enough waiting time).
I came in and looked around the place, it had a very nice vibe to it with the choices of colours, the lights and the pictures on the walls. I then ordered the salt and pepper spare ribs, the rice that came with it was quite good, however the pork that came with it was not so great. The pork was a bit chewy and not so soft so it was a bit difficult to cut, the cartilage was also hard and rubbery (which it is not supposed to be) so I had it taken back and was given a new plate of the same dish back however the pork still had the same exact problems however there was a bit more cartilage so I wa…
Situation: Arrived at 4pm and needed to be at the boarding gate by 5:30pm, figured that should be good. Got the roast platter, some dim sum, and fried rice. We were the only patrons in the restaurant, party of 4. The only thing that arrived quickly was my gin and tonic (within 5 minutes of ordering) and was 2 for 1 and pretty good. Everything else was very slow and mediocre quality. 30 minutes for dim sum, 45 minutes for the roast platter, and an hour for the rice which had a hair in it. 35 minutes for mango shake and 55 minutes for iced tea. Again, we were the only patrons so 🤷 The food wa…
